Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to serve as a critical liaison between MyDoorView and our dealers, partners, and end-users. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales experience from answering inbound inquiries to supporting onboarding of new dealers, product demonstrations, quoting activities, and generating new outbound leads for our dealers.  

This position requires candidates to be based on the West Coast to effectively support and cover the Western region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from dealers, partners, and end-users via phone and email
  • Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations to prospects and partners
  • Design and create accurate and timely product quotes based on customer needs
  • Generate and qualify inbound/outbound leads and identify new business opportunities for the sales team
  • Support the onboarding process for new dealers, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MyDoorView's products, pricing, and technology solutions
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and other internal teams to support sales initiatives and customer success
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Other duties as needed as the position grows.
     

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service, preferably in a technology or B2B environment
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable presenting technology solutions and engaging with customers via video
  • Knowledge of access control, security systems, or video intercoms is a plus
